Job Overview:

The Clinical Partnership Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining relationships with clinical partners, ensuring compliance with required documentation for clinical placement and student onboarding. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with faculty and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with clinical partners to provide required student documentation for clinical placement compliance and student onboarding purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with the Associate Dean (AD) of FNP and FNP students to maintain compliance for required clinical placement documentation.
  • Collect, maintain, monitor, and update program and student information via databases/software programs/LMS.
  • Assist AD of FNP with monitoring of student clinical hours and clinical faculty activity for accreditation purposes.
  • Coordinate the establishment and maintenance of clinical partner agreements.
  • Track student numbers for admission, progression, and graduation.
  • Communicate programmatic inquiries and concerns to AD of FNP as appropriate.

Requirements:

Required Degree: Associate's degree in a related field.

Preferred Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Field of Expertise: 1-3 years' work experience as an administrative assistant.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. AIC offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
