We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Stability Direct. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for imaging procedures, operating nuclear medicine equipment, and ensuring the safe handling of radioactive materials.
Key Responsibilities- Perform nuclear medicine scanning procedures and operate equipment with competence.
- Monitor and record radioactive materials for leakage or damage.
- Maintain and document records as required by regulatory agencies.
- Prepare radioactive doses and materials for patient administration.
- Conduct quality control procedures on equipment.
- Assist physicians in performing procedures and enhancing images.
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine or related field.
- Training and experience in radiation safety and protection.
- ARRT certification or NMTCB certification.
- Possess current NJDEP licenses in Nuclear Medicine and Limited CT Fusion.
This is a full-time position with a regular schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
