  1. Assisting individuals with their daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  2. Supporting participants with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  3. Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each participant
  4. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
