About Us

Engaging Minds, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Job Overview

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits such as paid parental leave, health insurance, and flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and re-assessments to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide weekly consultation services to clients and their families
  • Analyze data and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Train and mentor behavior technicians in ABA principles and approaches
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff
  • Maintain open communication with clients and their families
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • BCBA or BCaBA certification
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs
