About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cannabis Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at Proper Brands. As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from digital and print design to branding and marketing materials.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Creative Concepts: Collaborate with our design team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand's vision and objectives.
  • Support Marketing Materials and Merchandise: Support the production of marketing materials and merchandise, ensuring high-quality and on-brand design deliverables.
  • Maintain Organized Files and Documentation: Maintain organized files and documentation for design projects, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.
  • Create Engaging Graphics: Create engaging graphics to support our retail and wholesale departments.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva or comparable software.
  • Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing design work and demonstrating creative abilities required.
