  3. Lead and motivate a high-performing team by providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development.
  4. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to analyze operational and financial data, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurant management or leadership.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95% of shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
