Integrity HR Management is in search of a proficient Benefits Account Manager to enhance our Benefits Account Management Division. This role involves working closely with PEO clients to provide comprehensive Master plans and Group plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver renewal proposals to clients while offering strategic insights for selecting the optimal benefits packages.
- Organize and facilitate open enrollment sessions.
- Create open enrollment guides and supporting materials.
- Engage in consistent communication with business owners to fortify partnerships.
- Work in conjunction with the Benefits Administration Division to meet client expectations effectively.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Texas Life & Health License.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in account management.
- Understanding of ACA compliance regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Essential Soft Skills:
- Customer-oriented with a business perspective.
- Proactive in problem-solving.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
