Benefits Account Manager

Integrity HR Management is in search of a proficient Benefits Account Manager to enhance our Benefits Account Management Division. This role involves working closely with PEO clients to provide comprehensive Master plans and Group plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver renewal proposals to clients while offering strategic insights for selecting the optimal benefits packages.
  • Organize and facilitate open enrollment sessions.
  • Create open enrollment guides and supporting materials.
  • Engage in consistent communication with business owners to fortify partnerships.
  • Work in conjunction with the Benefits Administration Division to meet client expectations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Texas Life & Health License.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in account management.
  • Understanding of ACA compliance regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Essential Soft Skills:

  • Customer-oriented with a business perspective.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
