Job Title: Part-time Night Auditor - Miami Lakes Hotel

At The Graham Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-time Night Auditor to join our team at the Miami Lakes Hotel on Main.

Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift. This includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, reviewing payments and other details from the day shift, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Balancing accounts from the day shift to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Managing front desk activity, including guest check-ins and check-outs, and handling customer requests and complaints.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference.
  • Creating invoices, bills, and checks for vendors, employees, and contractors.
  • Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role.
  • Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments.
  • Answering calls and queries related to potential booking.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform computer-based tasks such as data entry, accounting, word processing, invoicing, and billing.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the company.
  • OPERA knowledge a plus.
  • Clear and professional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks, demands, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and follow through.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
