Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician - Nights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team on a night shift schedule. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial mechanical systems, including HVAC, water treatment, and life safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical systems, including chillers, air handlers, and pumps.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, and replacing filters.
  • Conduct walk-downs to ensure proper operation of systems and identify potential issues.
  • Research and procure parts and materials as needed.
  • Install and repair mechanical systems, including piping and controls.
  • Support special projects, such as construction and modification of plant systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial HVAC systems, mechanical systems, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical training preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work from blueprints and technical drawings.
