Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team at The Baker Company. As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our customers by answering their technical questions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs and maintenance of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and correspondence
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with Baker and BakerRuskinn products
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Analyze and define technical inquiries from customers
  • Provide test reports, test data, and other relevant information as requested
  • Perform trend analysis to anticipate areas for improvement
  • Review and understand operator/service manuals and provide input for changes
  • Write and/or offer input for infield installation instructions
  • Provide part numbers and quotes to customers and internal teams
  • Enter parts orders as required
Requirements
  • 1 year experience with assembly, technical troubleshooting, and/or testing
  • Electrical/mechanical background
  • Excellent listening, communication, and phone skills
  • Ability to multitask and concentrate for extended periods
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Knowledge of CAD a plus
