Residential Sales Professional

At Clark Pest Control, we're on a mission to protect homes and families from the threats of pests. As a Residential Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities- Sell general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area.
- Conduct physical inspections of residential structures to determine the presence of pests and present sales solutions to prospective customers.
- Arrive at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner.
- Explain pest control services and sell repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled.
- Work with branch management to establish sales growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved.
- Travel from one area to another or be assigned to a specified territory.
- Occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary.
- Receive and properly account for company funds collected during business activities.
- Submit all paperwork and collections on a daily basis.
- Maintain company-issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must hold the two following licenses: Branch II, Home Improvement Specialist
- Must speak clearly and effectively in English and dress professionally.
- A pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal positively with fellow employees, occasionally under stressful conditions, is a prime requisite.
- Each employee must obey safety instructions, rules, policy, and procedures and use provided and installed safety devices and safety equipment.
