Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Control Engineer to collaborate with our client in Southington, CT.

The successful candidate will lead efforts to evaluate and implement automation and controls enhancements to improve manufacturing operations efficiency, quality, compliance, and safety.

Key responsibilities include assessing current process controls, recommending potential improvements, and collaborating with the maintenance team to provide technical support for major projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have advanced competency in automation, plastic injection molding, part assembly, fixturing, testing, and process control techniques.

Programming skills in Rockwell, Factory Talk, and Allen Bradley are also required.

The ability to independently make decisions that impact project objectives and make significant decisions directly impacting the success of one or more projects is essential.
