Key Responsibilities of the Residential Sales Specialist:
Fulfill essential functions including Sales, Marketing, Production, Administrative tasks, and Personal Development.
Establish customer relationships by utilizing CertaPro Painters' proven methodologies.
Engage in one-on-one discussions with potential clients to assess their painting requirements.
Create tailored and comprehensive proposals based on client needs.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure their satisfaction.

Promote our local brand through community initiatives and marketing strategies such as lawn signage, door hangers, home shows, and other local events.

Participate in regional or national training conferences to remain informed about industry trends.
Keep precise records of customer interactions in our CRM and local office systems.
Prepare weekly sales performance analyses and plans in anticipation of Goal Setting Reviews with your Coach.

Qualifications for the Residential Sales Specialist:


A 2+ year degree in a relevant field (preferred). Previous sales experience with in-home sales achievements within the construction or painting sector (preferred). A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
A history of achievements and promotions. Goal-oriented, organized, and energetic.

Compensation:
$50,000 - $86,000.00 per year. Qualities such as diligence, completing tasks correctly, and fostering respect while collaborating as part of a team are fundamental to the CertaPro Painters brand culture. This creates unique and fulfilling environments within each independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters franchise. It is crucial to deliver memorable experiences not only for customers but also for team members of each independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters franchise.
