About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Clayton. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain motors and pumps
  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks
  • Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration equipment
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and electrical troubleshooting
  • Work with pneumatics, instrumentation, HVAC, and other systems
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a general maintenance exam
  • Willingness to use a forklift and scissor lift (training provided)
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in food processing or manufacturing equipment maintenance
  • Electro-Mechanical Technology degree or related education/experience
  • Experience with ammonia systems, welding, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and motors
  • Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures written in English
