Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Establish rapport with customers, anticipate their needs, and simplify their tasks.
  • Effectively articulate the advantages of our products and services.
  • Make tailored product recommendations to meet customer requirements.
  • Familiarize yourself with our online offerings, product range, and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to a welcoming store environment by ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and transfers accurately.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and orderly showroom and warehouse.
  • Assist with order fulfillment, loading/unloading, and inventory management.
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the HVAC industry is a plus.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.
  • Willingness to work overtime and Saturday mornings.
