Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise and train primary care providers in assigned centers
  • Improve overall core model execution, including clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction
  • Manage, mentor, and coach PCPs to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes
  • Partner with Center Operations Director/Market General Manager to drive financial performance and increase center membership
  • Perform other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion

Requirements:

  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required
  • Current, active MD licensure in State of employment required
  • A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting preferred
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty preferred, Board Eligibility is required
  • Must have a current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (depending on experience)
