We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our lean team, working to make a real impact in the lives of our users. As a key member of our design team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, relying on both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually stunning and functional user interfaces for the mobile app, ensuring consistency with our brand's guidelines and style.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from the Head of Design and Head of Product, user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input to enhance the app's usability and appeal.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the app and future design projects.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and test design concepts and user flows.
  • Brainstorm and drive new creative development and ways to attract new users.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute product marketing, such as email marketing, user education, and other communications.
  • Help drive UX research, discovery, and user education initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with mobile UI/UX design and some experience in other areas of graphic design.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software (Figma, Jira, and Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Superb visual design skills and a strong online portfolio showcasing breadth of work.
  • Strong understanding of native mobile design principles, user experience best practices, and responsive design.
  • Interaction design and animation experience.
  • Strong sense for current design trends and emerging social platforms.
  • Ability to take an abstract idea and build out to completion.
  • Eagle-eye attention-to-detail when it comes to crafting designs.
  • Strong communication skills and receptiveness to constructive external feedback on design.
