About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver/Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support and care to individuals with varying needs, including assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence, socialization, and community integration.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide emotional support and advocacy for individuals, promoting their rights and dignity.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
