Regional Operations Manager Job Description

Sand Companies Inc is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of all properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee the profit and revenue goals of each hotel, ensuring financial budgets are met.
  2. Monitor each hotel's compliance with brand standards and provide training and expertise to hotel management.
  3. Research and implement effective procedures and practices to maximize resources effectively.
  4. Schedule frequent visits to hotel properties to maintain open communication with Associates and assess the physical condition of the property.
  5. Interview, select, and train new General Managers and other managers as needed.
  6. Actively promote training programs for General Managers and hotel staff to ensure a skilled workforce.
  7. Ensure safety and security practices are implemented and followed to prevent Associate or Guest injuries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of previous hotel management or related experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and set goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
