Job Summary

As a Culinary Supervisor with Compass Group Careers, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality food service experience for our customers. This position involves supervising food-service associates, training employees, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train food-service associates to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work to meet food service needs and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Advises management on purchasing requirements to minimize waste and avoid product shortages.
  • Operate and clean equipment in accordance with department procedures.
  • Store, label, and date food items according to policy to minimize spoilage and waste.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
