Job Summary:
Brock & Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the high standards of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook soups, sauces, salads, entrees, and other menu items to meet client expectations.
- Comprehend and follow recipes, production orders, and cooking instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
- Set up stations with necessary equipment and food prior to service.
- Receive, unpack, and store deliveries, and move objects up to 35 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Follow COVID-19 protocols and guidelines for workplace safety and sanitation.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to clients and colleagues.
- Stand for extended periods and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
