Job Responsibilities

The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for managing the overall project lifecycle, from planning to implementation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Supervise and train on-site personnel and subcontractors.
  • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, such as ComputerEase or HCSS HeavyBid.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
