Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server Bartender to join our team at Courtyard Cincinnati Covington. As a Server Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage tables, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, drinks, and special offers to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service and efficient table turns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
