Key Responsibilities:
  • Legal Advisory: Deliver comprehensive legal guidance to HR teams and management on a wide range of labor law issues, including but not limited to discrimination, workplace safety, and employee rights.
  • Policy Formulation: Collaborate with HR and leadership to create, assess, and enhance employment policies and procedures, ensuring they align with relevant labor laws.
  • Contractual Oversight: Review and negotiate employment-related contracts, including executive agreements and severance packages, ensuring legal compliance and organizational interests are protected.
  • Litigation Oversight: Manage labor-related litigation, including discrimination claims and wage disputes, while effectively coordinating with external legal counsel.
  • Training Development: Design and conduct training programs for HR and management on compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in labor legislation and assess their impact on the organization, developing strategies to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:
