About the Role:
At St. Clare's Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Team Supervisor to join our team. As a member of our Enhanced Outpatient Team, you will be responsible for supervising the activities of our team and providing assessment, consultation, and counseling to individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Enhanced Outpatient Team and Early Intervention Support Services Team
- Provide assessment, consultation, and counseling to individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders
- Network with community resources and provide linkage and referral
- Understand and utilize elements of evidenced-based practices in mental health treatment
- Educate staff regarding integrated treatment approach
Requirements:
- 3 years previous counseling or related experience working with persons with co-occurring disorders
- Credentialed as a Licensed Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC)
- Previous supervisory experience
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or if MSW, must be either a Licensed Social worker (LSW) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- LCSW preferred
- Supervisory Certificate per Licensing Standards
- Valid Drivers License legally required
