Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Analyst to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our patient data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Abstract clinical data from patient records and populate data collection tools to support compliance with quality measures.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to set abstraction appointments and provide training on data abstraction and reporting.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Quality Nurse and Care Coordinator to ensure data validation and quality outcomes.
  • Communicate results to management and key stakeholders, and work collaboratively with the ACO Quality team to close performance improvement gaps.
  • Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HEDIS and other quality measures preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years ambulatory clinical back office experience required.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card required within 90 days of hire.
