Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Analyst to join our team at Unavailable. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clinical data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection: Gather and enter patient demographics into our data collection tools, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Review patient charts and extract relevant clinical data to support quality measures.
  • Communication: Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless data collection and reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of ambulatory clinical back office experience required.
  • Certifications: Fingerprint Clearance Card required within 90 days of hire.
