About the Role:

Carenet Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leave Coordinator to join our Benefits team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in managing and administering leave of absence programs, accommodations, and disability claims for our U.S. and Philippines employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leave Inquiries and Support: Monitor the benefits inbox, respond to inquiries, and advise employees on leave-related procedures and policies.
  • Ticket Management: Review, assess, and take necessary actions on tickets related to Leaves, Accommodations, and Benefits.
  • Data Management: Retrieve necessary data from HR systems and provide it to relevant HR specialists.
  • Documentation: Prepare documentation, draft responses, and handle status changes, form distributions, and updates in HR systems.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Assist with information requests, manage incoming documents, and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, USERRA, Workers Compensation, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Program Administration: Administer leave of absence, return to work, workplace accommodation programs, and disability claims.
  • Guidance and Communication: Provide clear guidance to managers and employees on leave policies, ensuring efficient and compliant administration.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on leave administration, benefits management, or related areas.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
  • Personal Attributes: High level of integrity and professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others.
