Compensation Package
Our compensation package includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and an average annual salary ranging from $290,000 to $350,000+ for full-time dentists. We believe that our dentists deserve to earn a fair income for their hard work and expertise.
