As a Dentist Floater at St Johns Community Health, you will be responsible for providing quality dental services to patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong charting/documentation skills and be proficient in all aspects of general dentistry. **Job Description**
The successful candidate will diagnose pathological or irregular oral conditions, document and chart patient records appropriately, and provide quality dental services efficiently. They will also refer patients to specialists when required and restore health and function of carious and defective teeth. This role requires the ability to work late shifts and Saturdays, as well as with children. A positive and pleasant attitude is essential for this position.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Graduate dentist with state license or regional boards and eligible to practice dentistry in California* Strong charting/documentation skills* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel* Familiarity with medical terminology and dental management programs such as Dentrix* OJT accredited and bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)* DDS, OSHA Certification, CPR License, X-ray Radiation License
**Benefits**
This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include free medical, dental & vision, 13 paid holidays + PTO, 403(b) retirement match, life insurance, EAP, flexible spending account, and succession plans & growth within the organization.
