HVAC Installation Technician

Compensation Details

$25.00-$35.00 Per Hour + Incentive Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and assemble heating and air-conditioning units in residential settings.
  • Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a positive reputation for the company.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
  • Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow is preferred.
  • EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR.
  • High standards for work quality and integrity.
  • A growth mindset and desire to improve daily.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
