Position Overview:
As a Regional Operations Leader, your primary objective is to guide and oversee the personnel, processes, and operations of Baskin Robbins stores. You will aim for excellence in daily operations, offering direction, support, and training to store managers while setting and accomplishing targets. Your focus will be on resolving in-store challenges, improving processes, and upholding high standards that reflect the brand's values. It is essential to inspire and recognize Store Managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction to each store manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to enhance store profitability and meet established goals.
  • Analyze reports to identify opportunities and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
  • Work alongside GMs to drive sales growth year over year.
  • Train and mentor store management teams for operational excellence.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels, comply with safety regulations, and prioritize training initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety codes and company policies.
  • Motivate and acknowledge achievements within the team.
  • Focus on maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.
  • Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

Work Environment:
This role is primarily situated in a retail environment, subject to noise and potential hazards. Frequent hand washing, adherence to uniform and hygiene standards, as well as extensive travel, are integral to the job requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of operational management experience in the fast-casual dining sector.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in various areas such as operations, marketing, and financial management.
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in coaching and developing managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of P&L statements, cost analysis, and performance tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
