Overview

Pediatric Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Services Representative. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide welcoming and respectful customer service to patients and families upon arrival and dismissal.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff by preparing patient charts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Verify patient demographic, health, pharmacy, and insurance information.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and scanning medical documents and office forms.
Requirements
  • Motivated and willing to learn on the job.
  • Experience working in a front desk area of a medical or dental practice preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated desire to work with children in a pediatric setting.
