We are excited to present a unique opportunity for an exceptional Quality Assurance Professional to join our team at Michael Page.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality control processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing environment.

This challenging role requires a strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements, as well as proven experience in quality control and assurance within a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action implementation, as well as proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control tools.

In addition, they will have experience in conducting quality audits and inspections, and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality-related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage documentation related to quality procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  • Oversee supplier quality management, including evaluating and approving suppliers.
  • Train and support staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Report on quality metrics and performance to management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
