Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Representative to join our team at michael clayton - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing prompt and accurate service.
  • Insurance Sales and Marketing: Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers and collaborate with the team to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Licenses: Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Marketing Goals: Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals and interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
