As a Sales Associate at PVH Corp., you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating an emotional connection between our customers and the brand. Your primary goal will be to consistently exceed expectations, provide exceptional service, and display passion for our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Engage with customers, offer assistance, and focus on customer engagement and suggestive selling to drive sales and conversion.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty.
    • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience and always place our customer first, asking for feedback and conveying business opportunities to management.
  • Commitment to Efficiency
    • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
    • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
    • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.
  • Associate Morale
    • Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.

Qualifications
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to qualifications, geographic location, and other relevant skills.

Pay Range: $16.28 - $20.70
