Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodial Technician to join our team. As a Custodial Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Dusting, Sweeping, and Mopping: Clean and maintain all floors, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping of floors, toilets, showers, tubs, driveways, windows, and counters.
• Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum carpets, upholstery, and other dusty surfaces, and clean all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.
• Sanitizing and Disinfecting: Scrub and sanitize all relevant surfaces, including toilets, sinks, and countertops.
• Furniture and Appliance Handling: Handle all furniture and appliances with care, ensuring they are properly cleaned and maintained.

Requirements

• Cleaning Knowledge and Skills: Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals, and the ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods, and to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Positive Attitude: Polite disposition and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
