Job Summary:

The LcGoat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations and enhancing the performance of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including managing front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train front-of-house team members to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that employees follow company standards and policies.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager to plan short- and long-term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower.
  • Manage direct reporting to the General Manager related to financial, business, and administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of bar or restaurant operations management experience.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred.
  • High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service and experience delivery skills.
  • Previous associate management experience, including assisting with recruitment efforts and inspiring staff through ongoing training initiatives.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
