Respiratory Therapist

Marshfield Medical Center - Weston is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing respiratory therapy services to patients from neonatal to geriatric.

• Deliver established goals and utilize good judgment to assess and escalate situations when warranted.
• Utilize knowledge and skills in the area of expertise while maintaining expected quality standards.
• Act as a healthcare leader by building constructive relationships and supporting department leadership in developing, setting, and executing department goals and the strategic plan.

• Associate Degree, Diploma, or Certification in a Respiratory Therapy Program.
• Experience working with mechanical ventilation of patients from neonatal to geriatric.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner license awarded by the State of Wisconsin or Michigan depending on location.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care and maintain the active credential per NBRC Guidelines.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
• Certified Pulmonary Function Technician (CPFT) and Registered Pulmonary Function Technician (RPFT) awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care at time of hire.
