You will collaborate with scientists and fellow engineers to develop and update high-fidelity performance models and simulations of novel EOIR systems, components, and their associated physical/radiometric/atmospherics phenomenology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update high-fidelity performance models and simulations of novel EOIR systems, components, and their associated physical/radiometric/atmospherics phenomenology

• Collaborate with scientists and fellow engineers on a family of EOIR R&D programs with a Modeling and Simulation focus

• Apply expertise in physics, algorithm development, and digital signal processing to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR equivalent education and professional experience

• Strong knowledge base in physics

• Experience with MATLAB for model/simulation development and object-oriented programming techniques

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $126,610 - $215,270 per year, based on market conditions, qualifications, and internal equity.
