Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Traffic Flow: Manage the flow of traffic to ensure a smooth and efficient parking experience for our guests.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate valet procedures, information, and directions to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor Parking: Identify and address any illegal parking, immediately storing vehicles as needed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with loading and unloading, collecting and securing guest keys, and predicting and communicating traffic flow peaks and lot issues.
  • Manage Tip Pool and Revenue: Accurately tally and split the tip pool, receive and receipt various valet payments, and reconcile and report daily revenue.
  • Operate Vehicles Safely: Operate, park, and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner, obeying all traffic laws, facility policies, and applicable pedestrian regulations.
Requirements:
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Transmission Experience: Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions.
