Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Bunkie HomeCare, a part of LHC Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient's functional status and occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient's well-being
  • Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy
  • Consult with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Louisiana
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
