We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Insurance Broker to join our team at The Metzen Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers, following our sales process and system to achieve success, and being coachable and ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Foster Relationships: Maintain close communications with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected. Ability to help clients will allow for referral opportunities, and ability to grow your portfolio, while also growing your impact.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly individual goals for yourself.
  • Track Progress and Results: Tracking is key, tracking activity and key metrics will allow your mentor to provide coaching to help you grow in the role.
  • Ability to Learn & Grow: Be willing to learn products & carriers, and our process so you can improve at effectively helping clients accomplish their goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience selling a product or service
  • Extremely coachable & motivated
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite & have ability to work remotely.
