Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician/Services Coordinator to join our team at TriSource Staffing Solutions. This is a temporary to hire position with a pay range of $18-23 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Order Management: Manage work ticket requests and coordinate with the manager to monitor and inspect the conditions of building suites.
  • Vendor Scheduling: Schedule and monitor onsite vendors to ensure compliance.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and small appliances, as well as maintain the upkeep of the suite, including walls, wood floors, glass doors, hardware, carpet, window blinds, and window shades.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of tools and storage rooms, ensuring all tools, carts, and ladders operate in the proper and safe manner and are stored in proper location at all times.
  • Key Management: Maintain the key cabinet with keys to offices and file cabinets.
  • Document Management: Maintain documents in shared facilities folder and SharePoint for accurate records keeping.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or General Education Degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of facilities/building maintenance experience
  • Skills: Microsoft Office Skills; ability to function in a multi-system Microsoft environment using Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and department software applications.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of work order system, Badge and Camera systems, and hand tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent customer service and teamwork skills, ability to prioritize work, and attention to detail required.
