We're seeking a skilled Facilities Porter to join our team at PopStroke. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our venues.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements.
- Clean and sanitize various areas, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Maintain all areas safe and clean by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing.
- Monitor and replenish supplies.
- Remove trash, safely operate a trash compactor, and ensure cleanliness of the trash compactor area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for guests and employees.
- Assist with special tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a facilities or janitorial role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
