Key Responsibilities

To excel in the role of Banquet Bartender, you should:
  • Exhibit a strong desire to learn and take pride in your craft.
  • Enjoy working in a stunning hotel environment where you can engage with diverse guests.
  • Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a friendly disposition.
  • Possess a minimum of two years of bartending experience, including cash handling.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Show strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Perform well under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Obtain any necessary licenses or certifications, including a Food Handler's Permit and TIPS certification.
  • Preferably hold CPR certification or First Aid training.
