About the Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven student to join our Customer Operations team as a summer intern. This is a 10-week, full-time internship that will provide you with hands-on experience in data analysis and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze data related to our billing systems and its associated reference data
  • Present recommendations on functional flows for data related to our billing systems and its associated reference data
  • Work with external parties to form recommendations on system flows in Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) or Business Process Engine (BPE) applications
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Ability to work 100% in office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
