Job Description

We're looking for an Automation and Testing Expert to help us drive quality and efficiency in our testing processes. As a key member of our team, you'll design, develop, and maintain automated test suites to ensure our asset management software meets the highest standards.

About the Company

Blue Mountain Quality Resources, LLC is a leading developer of asset management software for the Life Sciences industry. Our software solution, Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (RAM), is used globally by pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for both functional and non-functional testing
  • Testing Infrastructure: Lead efforts to enhance and optimize the testing infrastructure, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in Software, Test, QA Engineering roles
    • Strong technical background in automation and infrastructure as code
    • Fluency in a scripting language such as Python
    • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
    • Bachelor of Science degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience. Remote work with occasional travel to attend team meetings.
