Business Development Associate

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.
- Maximize customer engagement by converting product inquiries into sales opportunities; suggest complementary products or services to customers.
- Prepare and submit bids and quotations as needed, and follow up on sales activities.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales to ensure seamless account management and customer service for new and existing customers.
- Support Outside Sales in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products and attend product and sales training sessions as required.
- Update and maintain the company's database.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address customer concerns and demonstrate empathy.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts.
- Persuasive, amiable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and able to type 40 WPM.
