Position Summary:

The Warehouse Service Department is expanding, and we are in search of motivated individuals to join our team in Bluffdale, UT. As part of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in meeting the increasing demand for our products. Successful candidates will be responsible for repairing both new and used hot tubs and swim spas. Experience in electrical systems, plumbing, and other hot tub-related skills is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to written guidelines and instructions.
  • Utilize general hand tools for various tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of spas.
  • Install aftermarket accessories as required.
  • Ensure all spas are accompanied by the necessary documentation for quality assurance.
  • Support the sales team by preparing local spas for sale.
  • Assist in pulling and loading show spas and point-of-sale materials.
  • Perform minor maintenance on trailers.
  • Provide assistance to the Warranty team as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team when required.
  • Conduct both major and minor spa repairs.
  • Work alongside the local delivery team as necessary.
  • Maintain general housekeeping standards.
  • Perform data entry tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and interpret common customer information.
  • Familiarity with service manuals.
  • Effective communication skills with management and customers.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to push or pull weights ranging from 50-115 lbs.
  • Successful completion of a forklift operations program.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in pool and spa repairs.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in high-temperature environments.
Additional Information:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Travel: Not applicable
  • Work Location: Bluffdale, UT
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to the Retail Service and Delivery Manager
